We ship via direct air freight or combined sea/land freight.
For direct air freight, we ship directly from our Shenzhen warehouse to your order address. The delivery time is approximately 15-20 days.
For combined sea/land freight, we ship from Shanghai Port, China, and ship by sea to the Port of Los Angeles. UPS will then pick up the package and deliver it to your order address. The delivery time is approximately 20-30 days.

We do not accept returns for non-defective products.

Our tablecloths are very easy to care for. With proper care, our products will last for many years.

• For satin/organza/flocked/animal print styles, dry cleaning is recommended due to the delicate material.
• For lamore/pleated/wrinkled styles, they are machine washable on the gentle cycle, warm water, and tumble dry low. However, we strongly recommend hand washing and line drying to extend the life of the product.
• Polyester styles are safe for use in standard household washers and dryers. • Bleach can be used on our white tablecloths/tablecloths/table runners/sashes, but it is not recommended for colored tablecloths. It is also not recommended to mix dark or bright colored tablecloths with white.
• As long as bleach is not used, our colored tablecloths will not fade even after dozens of uses/washes.
• Stains should be cleaned as soon as possible to prevent them from setting in and becoming permanent.
• Use warm water and regular detergent in the washing machine to prevent fading.
• As with regular laundry, remember to always wash with like colors.
• When drying tablecloths, avoid high heat, as this may cause the items to shrink; use low heat instead.
• It is recommended to remove the tablecloth from the dryer while it is still warm to minimize wrinkling. If wrinkles persist, use a low iron setting.
